Our manufacturing footprint spans Shenzhen and Jiujiang, totaling 20,000 ㎡ of smart production space. Both facilities operate on the same MES-integrated system and the same quality standard, which means a block produced in either base meets identical specifications — no site-to-site variation, no surprises.

The 8 core intelligent processes: a precision production chain

Our smart manufacturing system is a precision symphony driven by Industry 4.0. Integrated with MES, eight core intelligent processes form one continuous, controlled production chain.

1. Automatic powder mixing.
Precise raw material formulation lays the foundation for consistent quality. Automated mixing removes the human variable that causes batch-to-batch shade and shrinkage drift.

2. Industry-leading automatic fitting and fully automated dry-pressing.
These steps minimize batch-to-batch variations and help achieve dense interlayer bonding and smooth, natural transitions in the green bodies — the difference you feel at the milling stage and see in the final restoration.

3. 360° isostatic pressing (CIP).
Cold isostatic pressing eliminates micro-pores and optimizes density and structural strength. The result is a block with uniform compaction in every direction — fewer internal defects, more predictable sintering behavior.

4. High-temperature pre-sintering with a 3-zone automatic pusher kiln.
Precise temperature control across three zones ensures optimal physical properties of every zirconia block, so strength and translucency stay within spec, batch after batch.

5. CNC turning.
Micro-level precision shaping ensures edges and flat surfaces are formed in a single pass — clean geometry, no secondary finishing risk.

6. Laser marking and UV batch printing.
Every zirconia block receives a unique identifier, giving you traceability from the moment it leaves the line.

7. Smart warehousing, 7×24.
Automated handling and storage allocation keep the warehouse running around the clock, with no manual picking errors and no idle time.

8. One code per unit, full-scan traceability.
Complete visibility into every zirconia block's journey — from raw material lot to finished unit. When a client asks "where did this come from," the answer is a scan away.
