Digital processing workflow

CAD process:
Check the design sheet, dental model and molar relationship→Scanning→Design
（The 3D PRO ML zirconia restoration can realize 0.9mm of thickness in anterior teeth）

CAM process:
We recommend machining with our zirconia milling machine, and according to your design to choose the right size of the zirconia milling burs.

Cleaning milled zirconia restorations:
Dust on the surface of the prosthesis should be cleaned with a dust brush before sintering.
Sintering:
When you using the GSF 90 zirconia sintering furnace, there is no need to re-enter the parameters, we have set up the sintering program.

Glazing and polishing:
The occlusal surface can be polished properly to improve the surface smoothness, the glaze can be used to moisten the surface of the restoration.

Firing:
The restorations glues to the sintering rod to isolate the contamination of the sintering tray when firing.
