From Removable to Fixed: The Evolution of Full-Arch Prosthetic Rehabilitation
17–18 October 2026 | Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel, Bangkok
This high-level academic symposium covers five core topics: Complete Denture, Implant Retained Overdenture, Fixed Detachable Prosthesis, Full Arch Fixed Prosthesis and Occlusion in Full-Arch Prosthesis.
It brings together leading Southeast Asian dental clinicians, prosthodontists and dental lab specialists. The event is co-located alongside globally renowned dental brands including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Ivoclar and Dentsply Sirona, serving as a respected regional platform focused on full-arch prosthetic rehabilitation.

During the digital CAM & Final Restoration session of the symposium, a keynote clinician presented a complete digital workflow for full-arch rehabilitation. The prosthetic restorations shown within this clinical case were fabricated using GUSROM 4D Pro ML 8-layer gradient multilayer zirconia discs.
The clinician illustrated the material’s gradient design: an 8-layer continuous transition structure with translucency ranging from 43% to 57% and flexural strength between 700 MPa and 1200 MPa. Values obtained from internal laboratory testing. Actual performance varies based on milling, sintering and clinical protocols.
The basal layer delivers high mechanical strength for structural support, while the superficial layer offers natural esthetic translucency. This material is suitable for demanding clinical applications such as anterior crowns and full-arch long-span bridges.

Full-arch rehabilitation remains one of the most challenging disciplines in prosthetic dentistry. Compared with single-unit restorations, full-arch prostheses impose stricter requirements on material stability, flexural strength, esthetic gradient and sintering consistency. Poor material uniformity may lead to chipping, unnatural shade and high remake rates.
GUSROM 4D Pro ML was selected as the material for this full-arch clinical case demonstrated at the Bangkok symposium.
4D Pro ML is GUSROM’s specialized multilayer zirconia developed for complex full-arch prosthetic cases, the same material featured in this Bangkok academic presentation:
✅ 8 continuous gradient layers: progressive shift from high strength at base to high translucency at surface, supporting mechanical integrity for long-span bridges while mimicking natural tooth esthetics
✅ Material specs: Flexural strength 700–1200 MPa, translucency 43%–57% Values obtained from internal laboratory testing. Actual performance varies based on milling, sintering and clinical protocols.
✅ Indications: Anterior single crowns, posterior crowns, full-arch fixed bridges, implant-supported superstructures, veneers
✅ Optimized sintering protocols: 4 sets of sintering curves for 1-unit / 3-unit / 4–6-unit / ≥7-unit restorations plus fast sintering mode, ready for implementation in dental laboratories
✅ Available thickness: 14 mm, VITA shade options including A2; disc diameters: 98 mm /95 mm, compatible with most mainstream CAD/CAM milling systems
The accompanying technical documentation includes complete sintering curves to help labs optimise sintering results and minimise potential distortion or cracking risks for full-arch long bridges when recommended parameters are followed.
To be featured within a clinical presentation at this respected Southeast Asian full-arch prosthetic symposium alongside world-leading dental brands is a meaningful milestone for our team.
